Vintage Readers is a literary group, which was organized by our Miss Patricia Toolips (toolips123). In celebration and recognition of Ms. Toolips’ many contributions to the Town of Philomena’s library and community, the library continues to host Ms. Toolip’s Vintage Readers Book Club.
The Vintage Readers Book Club brings together community members to share in a reading experience. The group reads a chosen book and meets to discuss the book. However, more happens at these meetings than just talk about the books – friendships are formed. Through literature, people are united.
The first novel for the new Vintage Readers will be Edna Ferber’s Personality Plus. Personality Plus is a recent acquisition for the Philomena Library through the generous donations of Mr. Geoffery Edwardstone. You can obtain your free copy of the inworld book at the Philomena Library today!
